Board Of Trustees
- Mr. R.S.Chib shall be the Managing Trustee till life and shall be CHAIRMAN-CUM-MANAGING TRUSTEE and thereafter the Mrs.Usha Chib who shall also be TRUSTEE for life and if she survives,: she shall be Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee for her life with the right to appoint/nominate any one on the Board of Trustees, as Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee.
- Except TRUSTEES for life the existing TRUSTEES Mr.Vivek Chib, Mr.Kunal Chib, Miss. Ekta Chib. and 5 shall retire at the end of period of five years and their places shall be filled in by the CHAIRMAN-CUM-MANAGING TRUSTEE. The CHAIRMAN-CUM-MANAGING TRUSTEE shall have powers to change any of the TRUSTEES in the interest of the smooth running of the TRUST. Besides has the power to nominate any other TRUSTE,E(S)forthe stipulated period totalling maximum number of TRUSTEES to eleven (11) and the quorum of the Board meeting shall be four (4).
POWER AND DUTIES OF THE TRUSTEES
- Sh.Rajinder Singh Chib will be the CHAIRMAN-CUM-MANAGING TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST FOR LIFE.
- In the smooth functioning of the Institution the Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee shall be bestowed with full administrative powers to exercise with as and whenirequired.
- The Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee of the Trust shall be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of any of the Unit/Institution to be tarted/opened by the CET for this purpose to frame the Rules/Regulations etc. He has authority'to appoint or nominate any other Trustee or person of excellence.
- The Chairman-cum-Managing Trustees of the Trust shall be entitled to appoint Managing Committee as per the norms fixed by the Universities eluding University of Jammu or any other concerned Department/ authority /government.
- The Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee of the Trust shall have all the powers to deal with property in such manner as may be most beneficial to the interest df the Trust and shall have power to acquire, lease, sell, mortgage artel purchase properties according to the circumstances and also raise loans, overdrafts from the Banks or Financial Institutions, from any person d'r'persons or other sources and to spend the monies for the purposes for which the trust has been created. He has the power to delegate the Authority to any other Trustee.
- The Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee shall have all the powers to constitute such other advisory Bodies as he may deem fit for the smooth and efficient running of the Trust
