Chenab Institute of Education Research and Teacher Training was established in 2003-04 under the aegis of Chenab Education Trust Jammu.The Institute is established with the permission of J&K Board of School Education.. The Diploma inn Elementary Teacher training Programme is meant for preparing teacher for elementary school i.e : preparing teacher for age group 6 to 14 years .
